Working together

Our dedicated team are CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) qualified, applying a robust approach to supplier selection and management.

Every company applying to be part of the Bellrock supply chain must be approved to the SafeContractor scheme. This accreditation tests safety and quality management competence as well as assessing the company’s financial health.

Our evaluation of suppliers also includes assessments of how companies are:

  • Able to fulfil obligations in respect of delivery and warranty maintenance
  • Competent to provide the goods and service in the category
  • Reputable and ethical
  • Legally compliant
  • Minimise their impact on the environment
  • Adequately insured

Applying to be a supplier

Bellrock is a member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School www.supplychainschool.co.uk  The school is free to join and is a resource for everybody working in the FM sector.  It covers a wealth of subjects from waste and carbon reduction, to fairness, inclusion and respect and The Modern Slavery Act as well as many more sustainability issues.  We encourage all of our suppliers to join.

Bellrock asks all potential suppliers to complete an application to understand their services, their capacity and experience, with other clients.  Our suppliers must demonstrate they comply with both Bellrock’s and our clients’ standards in respect of Sustainability, Corporate & Social Responsibility, Ethics, Modern Slavery and General Data Protection Regulation all of which form part of the supplier application form.
