Carlo Alloni, Bellrock Group CEO, reinforces his message from last month’s company-wide Town Hall. As he describes here, it’s about leveraging technology and talent to achieve ambitious targets.
As I addressed our teams to talk about big plans for the coming years, our people, our clients, and our future were at the heart of my message. 2024 was a foundation year where we transformed some of our most important processes and policies. That was only made possible by our teams’ grit and determination. My most heartfelt thanks go to them and their supportive families.
From here, our journey is going to pick up some serious pace. The market is hot, it’s active, and the demand for exceptional service is fierce. Put simply, we’re the right company in the right place at the right time.

Our people and our clients: Twin pillars of success
2025 will see more radical changes to our DNA. Our goal isn’t a modest one; as I’ve said before, we want to become the Amazon of property services. Nobody is in a better position to achieve that than we are. With the right people at the controls, technology-driven insight can disrupt this industry like never before.
And there’s the crux: finding, developing, and retaining the right people. The best people. Creating relationships, engaging team members, fostering mutual respect, and winning together are critical.
Make no mistake: This will be a year of hard work and sweat, but it’s also going to be a lot of fun. The rewards could be huge; I anticipate doubled revenue and three times today’s earnings if we get this exactly right.
But before we can enjoy the rewards of these revitalised operations, our clients need to see and feel the benefit. Alongside our people, delivering sustained positive results for clients is our second key focus this year.
I want us to become synonymous with excellence and proactiveness in property services in our client’s minds. The obvious best choice, even if we’re not the cheapest option, prioritising lasting relationships that add long-term value. We’re presenting ourselves as property experts, optimising today and transforming tomorrow. Clients need to trust that we’re with them for that whole journey.
As I always say, our devotion to client satisfaction needs to be nothing less than obsessive. That’s the kind of headspace where we deliver the best results. Being technology-led makes us as easy to work with as possible in terms of process. But it’s obsession with service that gets these contracts over the line.
Bold steps today for a prosperous tomorrow
The future’s bright. We’re solidifying our place as the trusted challenger in property, and that’s because we do it together. One Bellrock, no silos or politics. Across Technologies, Consulting, Intelligent asset care, and Critical Engineering, we have a culture that celebrates winning together.
Wherever you are in those four business units, you can count on the support and advice of the whole Group. And that Group is expanding. We’ve got exciting plans for mergers in the coming months, but we’re not growing just to grow.
Every new business we bring into the fold will add new capabilities and leading expertise. People who can tangibly augment what we do best. In exchange for that expanded support, I ask five big favours of our people:
- Build, engage, and motivate high-performing teams. The onus is on leadership to be the change we want to see
- Maintain an obsessive, compulsive focus on the client. Client satisfaction makes the difference between winners and losers
- Keep up a relentless drive for quality and excellence. Our aim is not to the cheapest option; we want to be the best option
- Remember that everyone in the business is a salesperson. Cross-sell, upsell, anyone can be a Bellrock ambassador
- We need to quicken our pace, move faster and have fun. We’re in the jungle now, those who don’t move fast are food.
Leadership, however, is two-way street, and I’m always open to feedback, questions, and suggestions. It’s important we keep dialogue flowing, as it has been, to ensure the big-picture plan works in practice.
It now falls to us, all of us, to push this transformation forward. The vision is ambitious but achievable. The talent is right here, as is the opportunity. And in a few years, we’ll look back on these as our first steps towards something truly great.
