Following a successful mobilisation of the contract which started on 1st May 2023, Bellrock Property and Facilities Management Ltd (Bellrock) are delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive assistance for one of the UK’s best-known coffee retailers across their network of 1,500 coffee shops.

Bellrock’s delivery spans all major disciplines, including mechanical and electrical engineering, equipment and machines, air conditioning, refrigeration, building fabric, plumbing and drainage, and fire and security.

Within just a few months, the Bellrock team had cleared an inherited backlog of maintenance and are consistently delivering the highest levels of compliance and equipment uptime, allowing the client to focus on their customers and employees.

The partnership is supported by a dedicated team across management, call agent and PPM planning teams, and underpinned by Bellrock’s market-leading property asset management software system, Concerto.
